Effortel to deliver managed services for Vodafone Italy

Brussels, 14 February 2011, Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and enabler, Effortel, announced today that it has been selected by Vodafone Italy for the supply of managed mobile services. Effortel will deliver a range of customer facing functions including pre-paid subscriber voucher management, voice mail and interactive voice response in one of the operator’s niche markets.

Effortel’s managed services were selected based on economy of operation and a proven track record of successful deployment within eight existing MVNOs. The platform is one element of Effortel’s suite of MVNO services which include a prepaid Intelligent Network, core CRM & billing systems and a variety of value added services.
