Setting up an MVNO is all about connecting systems quickly and efficiently.

Everything must work perfectly from day one yet remain easy to modify once operational.

MNO integration

One of our most complex services, this involves a lot of work with an operator, fine-tuning and performing acceptance tests. We have already integrated with five different operators in five countries, including Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan (Republic of China), making Effortel probably the most experienced MVNO integrator in the world.

Start-up MVNOs are often keen to handle various elements of the business. This is one area we recommend leaving to the experts.

Third-party integration

Integration with an MNO network is just the first step. Plenty of external systems require integration, many of which were not designed to work with telecom platforms.

Typical examples include distribution systems, cashier systems, and CRM systems, as well as connections to payment service providers, banks, bill printers and web services. Effortel is able to handle even legacy systems that other integrators would insist were upgraded at great cost.

Technical training in Brussels

Some of our clients prefer to manage elements of the setup phase with their own people. We offer full hands-on practical training at our offices in Brussels, teaching all the tips and tricks related to manning the platform from a technical point of view.
