All critical services—calling, SMS, reloads, billing, and CRM—are hosted in redundant environments that make ‘five nines’ (99.999%) availability a reality.

Services that can tolerate 30 minutes or more of outage have virtual systems standing by. Our system fully complies with NEBS/ETSI standards and automatically carries out daily database backups to multiple servers for information security and integrity.
