Automation QA Engineer
Bulgaria

Our QA specialists collaborate with the Development teams in an Agile environment, ensure the final quality of our key Java and .Net products by designing, implementing and maintaining automation test plans, and are just as passionate about best practices in SDLC as we are!

- Analyze the software requirements in order to identify functional & business scenarios to -ensure optimal quality of the product

- Development and maintenance of scripted tests and exploratory scenarios

- Analyze, describe and track defects in the bug tracking system

- Report the features/bugs to the respective stakeholders

- Work together with the Scrum team to clarify business requirements, provide input and suggest improvements to the process and quality of the software

- At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience with Software testing

- Solid understanding and experience with OOP languages, scripting, design patterns and test automation frameworks

- Experience with API/ RESTful web services testing, Oracle DB and performance test automation framework is a plus

- Experience with Git and tools like TestRail, Selenium, JUnit, etc.

- Interested in Continuous Integration and Delivery practices, and experience with Jenkins

- Analytical mindset, keen on looking at the bigger picture and solving problems

- Very good command of English

Java Developer
Bulgaria/ Serbia

- Apply awesome coding skills to knocking features off the products’ executive and features list

- Participate in periodic rapid refactoring that keeps the application code fresh, flexible and reusable

IT Business Analyst
Bulgaria, Serbia

Our Business Analysts work closely with external clients and internal development teams to ensure that the products and features delivered meet the business needs. Business analysis coordinate the work on delivery tasks between multiple teams and analyse the impact and integration points between systems in a complex solution. We elicit and document requirements but also maintain product documentation on confluence.

- Elicits requirements using interviews, documents analysis, interface analysis, requirements workshops, surveys and site visits; business process, use cases and scenarios descriptions; business, task and workflow analysis

- Critically evaluates and validates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs

- Delivers Functional Specification and Business Requirements documents, as well as User Stories and Use Cases according to agreed templates

- Supports Project managers in process of CR and SR management as per Service Level Agreements and bridges the communication with the client

- Acts as liaison between the product, development and support teams in CR/SR process in terms of requirement scope

- Supports Product Owner by performing cost benefit, risk and gap analysis. Decouples stories if needed, models workflows and data, clarifies business rules

· Maintains client feature and business logic/rules documentation, which also include high-level technical details as well (APIs and integration)

- 2+ years of relevant experience on a BA position or similar

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive

Product Owner

Our Product Owners collaborate within Scrum teams, and help ensure the final quality of our key products by working with stakeholders and gather requirements, write user stories, evaluate business specifications, w. Oh, and are just as passionate about best practices in SDLC as we are!

- Gathers stakeholder requirements and translates them into user stories

- Evaluates business specifications provided by BA

- Works with multiple teams to understand the requirements and constraints for building the product

- Specifies acceptance criteria for each user story and validates deliverables

- Analyses ongoing sprint updates and from this reflection builds the focus of the next sprint

- Ensures that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all to the level needed, showing what the team will work on next

- Produces high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

NOC/Networking Specialist
Sofia, Bulgaria

Our Network Specialists provide shift-based 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting and support of various Linux and Windows operating systems, Intelligent Network services, databases, system tools, and the hardware on which they reside.

— Conduct systems support activities, such as network and server monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution

— Perform routine monitoring, administration, and maintenance of the products within the managed environments
